Goal setting

WALT: Set a goal to achieve

We had to choose a stretch goal and work toward those goals to achieve them. A stretch goal is something your not so good at and need to work on it. A strength goal is something your good at but you want to be even better at it. My stretch goal is not being nervous about public speaking. I will know when I achieve my goal when I don't feel nervous about speaking in public. To achieve my goal I should take  more opportunities to speaking in public. This goal is realistic because I will be able to become more confident.
